Dagenham’s answer to Detroit’s Mustang, the svelte Ford Capri was aimed at younger buyers and went on to sell 1.9 million examples. Capris were all over our TV screens with fictional detectives Bodie and Doyle on ‘The Professionals’ and the roguish Terry McCann in ‘Minder’.
To cater to the nostalgia-fuelled collector market, original examples are highly sought-after. This unrestored 1987 Capri Laser is one of those rare survivors which remains in good condition for its age.
It’s accompanied by a wealth of paperwork and is complete with an MOT valid until 26th January 2025.
