The Appeal
In order to meet the changing requirements of Jaguar's clientele, the E-Type evolved from a sports car to a grand tourer towards the end of its production run. This meant its replacement would follow in a similar vein and the XJ-S, (latterly XJS), took up the baton as Jaguar’s flagship GT.
Here we have a V12 convertible example that dates from 1991. Imported to the Netherlands from the USA, it’s got a rich history and although now a little tired in places, it would be a great project for any Jaguar enthusiast to embark upon.
