The Appeal

Flush with investment from new owners Ford, Jaguar introduced significant improvements to the 1991-onwards XJS. Early cars got facelifted rear lights but retained the classic chrome bumpers, whilst also benefitting from new galvanised bodies to improve durability.

This 1992 car is one of those short-lived early facelift cars, one that neatly blends the old and new eras. The Solent Blue metallic paintwork is matched to a well kept Isis Blue leather cabin trimmed in walnut veneer. The low mileage of under 70,000 miles is reflected in the car’s generally well kept condition.
