The inside of this 328i is totally original except for the radio, where a JVC stereo has replaced the original Sony unit.
The supple grey seating is made from very high-quality leather and is in great condition. All the carpets look unused, and we doubt if they have ever been wet or had any mud on them.
The leather trimmed door cards look new and show no signs of wear.
The rest of the switchgear such as climate control, lights, wipers and heating all function correctly we have been told.
The original BMW-branded torch is present in the glovebox, and is also said to be in working order, although its visual condition has degraded over the years.
Because of its low mileage, the seats (both front and rear), carpets, steering wheel and gear lever are in outstanding order. Being kept in a garage for its entire life when not in use means the plastic surfaces on the centre console and dashboard are totally unblemished with no sun damage.
Inside the boot you’ll find very clean carpeting as well as the rubber luggage straps, unused tool kit, warning triangle and plastic-wrapped BMW first aid kit that were originally supplied with the car.

This 328i is in remarkable condition both on top and underneath.
The stunning dent free bodywork very obviously demonstrates how sparingly it has been used and how well it has been looked after over the years. The underside has never had any coatings of mud or salt on it, so it is extremely clean.
There are no dents or significant damage anywhere on the vehicle, except for a tiny mark on the passenger side rear wing, and two small scrapes, one on the front bumper and one on the rear.
The metallic paintwork is shiny and bright with minimal marks (pictured), and the alloys are in immaculate condition despite never having been refurbished. All glass fixtures and lights are in virtually as-new condition, as are the chrome grille and exterior plastics. The panels and paintwork we are assured have never had any damage in their 25-year lifetime.

This 328i drives wonderfully and sounds great, with the lovely six-cylinder engine starting, idling, and accelerating exactly as it would have done back when it rolled out the factory in 1997.
The auto gearbox is smooth with no noises, changing gear up and down as it should. Suspension and brakes are also in good order, contributing to excellent handling out on the road.
The owner informs that there are no known faults with this car, and no immediate work that requires doing.
It has covered less than 1,000 miles since its last service and the new battery and tyres means it is ready to be enjoyed.
