The Appeal
This Supercharged model is proof that the L322 is all the car you’ll ever need. With 400bhp on tap it will make mincemeat of any road, track or field ahead, whether you need Clarksonesque “POWER!” or its terrain-munching capabilities.
Finished in white with a two-tone interior, this high specification 2007 example has been very carefully maintained. And we do mean carefully - check the detailed records below to see what we mean. There are a few points to note on the MOT and in the photos, but it presents well and is said to run equally well.
Recent work includes complete air suspension replacement, brake system overhaul, and new Yokohama tyres. It comes to market with a lengthy MOT to September 2026 so is ready to enjoy, whatever the way forward looks like.
The vendor says:
“I am a car enthusiast - and currently have a small collection of 11 cars. I purchased the vehicle back in 2022, and used it as my main driver - and spent whatever was required to keep it as good as I could. Brilliant car to drive - comfortable, great in the snow and ice. I deliberately bought one without a towbar, so it was as unstressed as possible - which is fairly rare for these cars. Recently ceramic coated - which transformed it!
“Has been regularly used as a family car - my commute is roughly 17 miles away, and so the car was always getting well warmed up whenever it was used.
“Only selling it as I purchased a (new style - L663) Defender, and this car is too similar to it to keep. Otherwise - I happily would.have kept it.
“Great car - as at home on winding country roads as it is on the motorway!”

“Front o/s light is cloudy, but readily fixed. I had the rear arches (plus about 15 inches on the sills on either side) done in 2022, but a couple of small rust spots are showing on either side. If I were keeping it, I would sand them down and repaint it - I have the paint.
“Good condition interior - tear on the driver's seat (as seen in one of the photos I sent to Sam), bit of wear commensurate with age. Electric and memory seats work, etc. I replaced the Land Rover DVD unit with another Land Rover DVD unit, as the old one was getting a bit temperamental. CD changer has never worked since I bought the car - but I use CDs in the DVD player.”
