The Appeal
It took a small Swiss coachbuilder to show Land Rover the error of its ways. The result was the 4dr Range Rover, inspired by Monteverdi and the catalyst for a rejuvenation of the classic model that is key to its current success.
The extra doors coincided with a drive to push the 4x4 further upmarket, evident in the plusher interiors and revised exterior design from 1986.
This 1992 3.9 litre V8 Vogue is attractively finished in Plymouth Blue with grey ‘Teddy Bear’ velour interior. It is fresh from a light bodywork and mechanical restoration - including a new gearbox - and comes to us with a long MOT to October 2024. Smart and very practical, with winter approaching it is a stylish way to tackle whatever the weather and road ahead presents.
