The Appeal

The quintessential British classic open-topped sports car from Morgan that, although now 50 years old, runs and drives very sweetly providing huge fun behind the wheel.

Having sat waiting to be shipped to America by its previous owner for around 8 years this wonderful two-tone Morgan was purchased by the current owner in 2017 as an MOT failure with a list of issues that needed to be addressed. These issues have all been resolved over the last 6 years, the main one being the need to repair and weld the bulkhead, which was completed.
The Morgan is currently MOT'd until the 14th of June 2024. All MOT history can be viewed on the DVLA website.

The car has been regularly maintained and driven by the current owner, who has used the car on sunny days only, keeping the car nice and warm in his garage when not in use.

Two-tone paintwork in Tobacco Brown and yellow
Chrome rear luggage rack
Wire wheels have some light surface corrosion and all wear good tyres
Chrome trim is in good shape with some pitting
Bodywork has a few stone chips at the front, the odd dent and flaking or chipped paint in a couple of places as illustrated in the photographs
Wheels could do with a refurb but all painted hubs are present
All lights are free from damage or cracks
Bonnet strap in nicely aged leather
Underneath looks good and solid
Full black hood and side windows in great shape with no rips or tears

4 speed manual gearbox
Brakes all-round renovated and reconditioned
Radiator re-cored and system fully flushed
Electric thermostatic fan fitted with manual override
Gearbox and rear differential oil changed
Engine regularly tuned and serviced
Recent full service with oil and filter change
Heater currently disconnected
