The Appeal

The Porsche 718 RSK is a racing legend, with podiums across a range of disciplines and with a list of famous drivers to match. The design of the 718 may have been an evolution of earlier models, but has become iconic in its own right. Custom built in South Africa for the current owner using a fibreglass body with the same dimensions as the original it makes for a fantastic 718 RSK evocation.

This gorgeous replica was imported to the UK and registered by the current owner in 2023. Finished in silver and with the small perspex windshield it makes for a fantastic classic car that looks as good as it drives. Compact and with a low driving position this is the kind of car that puts a smile on your face everytime you get behind the wheel.

The 1,600cc aircooled VW engine provides ample power when combined with the car's light weight body offering an exhilarating driving experience. Its nimble handling and responsive steering make it a joy to drive on winding roads, while its classic design ensures it turns heads wherever it goes. Whether you're cruising through the countryside or taking it to classic car shows, this replica promises to deliver both performance and style in spades.

Summary

This 718 RSK evocation offers the chance to own a car that is as close to the original Porsche as possible, but without the cost.
