The Appeal
The 1987/2001 Rolls-Royce 'Silver Spectre' is a unique creation, the brainchild of a London entrepreneur and car collector. This Rolls-Royce is a bespoke piece of automotive art, designed by the company behind India's first sports car, DC Design, for the aforementioned owner and entrepreneur. Based on the chassis of a 1987 Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit, much of the mechanics are fully in keeping with this tried and tested luxury classic car.
The result, however, is incredibly unique; an elegant piece of styling displayed in a striking two-tone colour combination, with specially designed alloy wheels. It is a truly unique piece that has never been reproduced, although some speculate that it was influential in the creation of the 'New Phantom' launched later in 2004.
