A plus
Many premium car manufacturers have tried to create the ultimate driving car. Nobody expected it to come from Peugeot.
The 205 GTI was the hatchback that redefined the light, engaging character of a car. It was available as a mild 1.6, or a more powerful and faster 1.9. Alongside its success on the roads, the 205 evolved into the French manufacturer's rally weapon, the T16, also achieving numerous successes on dirt roads.
This incredible 1989 205 GTI 1.9 combines the two concepts. Its complete Gutmann 'Turbo Look 2' body kit was inspired by the T16 and is a very rare addition from that era. Restored in 2019 with the T16's authentic 'Winchester' metallic grey paint, it is in exceptional condition. There have only been four registered owners and the history file is very comprehensive.
For those looking for one of history's most iconic cars, but with a little something extra, this is the one for you. 4.jpg17.28 MB
