The Appeal
As the Millennium loomed over the horizon, Mercedes-Benz were undergoing a paradigm shift in order to keep up with the constantly transforming market. The new Mercs were more fashionable, lighter and faster on their feet - and the R170 was the perfect modernisation of their classic roadster formula.
This 1999 example has been maintained regardless of cost, which to our eyes is evident in its condition.
