The Appeal

Following its launch in 1999, the Audi S3 caused quite the stir in the hot hatch market. This compact, unassuming and practical 3-door hatchback harboured VAG’s 20 valve 1.8T engine under the bonnet. Putting the power down though a Haldrex 4-wheel drive system, this was a formidable little machine that could even challenge contemporary supercars down a twisty section of B-road.

Here we have a very smart example of an early Mk1 S3. It has clearly been carefully looked after its whole life and there has been subject to lots of recent expenditure. If you fancy adding a refined hot hatch to your driveway, this Audi would be a great candidate.
