THE MECHANICS

The Discovery starts up straight away with a distinctive V8 burble
The V8 pulls strongly through the gears, and the change is said to be smooth
Hi and Lo range operate correctly
No issues have been reported by the vendor with the running of the car
The underside has some light surface corrosion, but considerably better than a UK example
No knocks or bangs have been reported to come from the suspension
The brakes bring the Discovery to a stop in a straight line
SUMMARY
This is a fine example of a 2004 Land Rover Discovery, the 4x4 runs very well and has been given a full check over with any issues corrected. From the condition, you would not say it has seen much off-road activity, but that's not to say it's incapable.
One of the genuinely great 4x4 vehicles produced by the Land Rover giants which is in excellent condition for its age. Perfect for any Land Rover fan or 4x4 enthusiast.
