The Boxster - often colloquially known as the 'Baby Porsche' - is amongst the most important cars Stuttgart has ever built. Not only did the first generation manage to single-handedly pull them out of a decade-long funk, but it introduced thousands to their first Porsche experience - and what an experience it was. With its mid-engined layout and short proportions, it was a tighter handling, more agile and easier-to-drive car than any of its back catalogue - and it quickly gained quite the fanbase,
The 987 is almost identical at first glance - with gentle refinements to its distinctive styling and a clear rounded theme in the cabin. However, they themselves claimed only 20% of the car was shared with its predecessor. Thankfully, none of that interfered with the essential Boxster formula.
This Boxster S has been cherished by its current owner for over a decade, driven sparingly with only a few thousand miles added in the last three years. The car boasts a full service history, with all paperwork and invoices meticulously kept.
