Complete indoor bead blasting installation for classic car restoration, heavy commercial vehicle or industrial machinery renovations.
Assembled next to a sandblasting hall of approx. 90 m2.
The complete installation is set up on an area of 8 x 4 metres.
The installation comprises the following:
- 2 blast pots, brand Sijam. Suitable for blasting with 2 persons;
- in the hall: a pit with grids and funnel to a conveyor belt for the removal of blasting grit.
- elevator belt;
- sifting installation, for recycling of blasting media;
- dust extraction cabinet, for filtration of dust from the blasting hall and from the sifting installation;
- air ducts + roof passage;
- rubber mats on walls + doors;
- steel plates on the floor;
- light boxes;
- hoses and nozzles, 1 blasting helmet;
- various spare parts;
- batch of fine corundum, for blasting steel, aluminium and polyester.
All technical data, drawings and connection diagrams are present.
To be disassembled by buyer on location.
