1950 Land Rover Series 1 80 Inch, original factory green with green vinyl upholstery. Exported to Switzerland brand new and has just returned to the UK 67 years later. Restored some years ago with photographs to show each stage and it is still in excellent condition and no expense was spared. We have driven this Land Rover for the photographs and it drives just as you would expect with a good strong engine and runs smooth through all the gears in high and low range.
It has a BMIHT certificate showing the build date as 10th March 1950 with a despatch date of 22nd March 1950. This Land Rover comes a history file of bills, invoices and rebuild photographs.
Over the past few years Series 1 Land Rover prices have been on the rise so we believe this vehicle is a good investment.
