We are delighted to present this stunning 1985 Ford Fiesta Popular with a genuine 39000 Miles from new. This is a 4 owner car that was originally delivered to the isle of white and was kept with the same family owners for over 20 years.
The bodywork on this car is in lovely original condition. The car has a beautiful paint finish and you know by inspection that the car has not been painted to a very high standard previously. The body is most definitely free from rot. All doors open and close beautifully and it’s a genuine pleasure to see something that has been so well preserved. The wheels on the car have been upgraded, along with the tires and present extremely well.
The interior is a fantastic place to be. Underneath the carpets the floors are in excellent condition and the carpet is like new. The head cloth is perfect and has never been replaced and adds to the time warp of the interior. The seats still feel and look like new. All instruments and electrics work as they should including the electric fan and heating and the front and rear heated screens.
Mechanically this car feels like new. The engine is sowing machine quiet. Most recently the car has been thoroughly serviced. All filters, points, plugs, oils and the carburetor have been fitted and the cars runs superbly. The car pulls excellent for a 1. 1 litre and the gear change is smooth and progressive.
