The flagship of the Range Rover model line up, this example is definitely best of breed having been extensively restored in recent years to a far higher standard of fit and finish than when new. The fit and finish of the body and paint is immaculate and the interior has been fully retrimmed in a very high quality leather with handmade leather edged tartan rugs. The engine has been rebuilt by JE Engineering to their much praised 4. 6 litre specification, greatly enhancing torque and all ancillaries have been updated or replaced including the normally troublesome air suspension. A very expensive and impressive sound system has been fitted at great expense.
On the road this LSE is very impressive, everything works and it has a remarkable turn of speed, you always seem to be travelling at 20 mph more than you thought. It is free of rattles and feels very well sorted, clearly a big improvement on the original offering that I remember well in period, most examples I recall had a bag in the boot full of the bits of trim that had fallen off!
This Rangie comes with all books including the original stamped service book in the correct wallet and a substantial history file of invoicing, correspondence and MOT certificates to date.
