Good condition, clean, runs great, sounds good (removed end tubes in 2016), everything works as it should except Oxford heated grips that stopped working a few weeks ago might be a fuse, service history, all recall work carried out in 2016 after I purchased the bike, service history, recent oil and filter change by me, clutch is a little bit grabby but some riders might not notice it, new gold plated X ring chain in 2016 after bike purchased (only required first minor adjustment a few weeks ago), new sprockets in 2016 after bike purchased, fairly recent tyres front and back Avon Road Riders, 2011 bike so colour is British racing green metallic with silver coloured sides to fuel tank, new air cleaner elements last year, left handlebar grip a bit untidy (glue) but it stopped it working loose which was annoying, bike always garaged, this is a lovely bike to ride and was a keeper but I have become unwell. Lovely bike to ride, easy to ride, very torquey at low revs and will pull away in fifth gear from 1, 000 rpm (just like my old Triumph T140s and TR7 used to). Long stroke motor at 83mm (1 mm longer than the 82mm of a T140 Triumph), 77mm bore (1 mm wider than a Triumph T140). Handling feels similar to a 1970s and 1980s Triumph T140. Ride feels similar to a T140 also. Maximum torque is delivered at 2, 000 to 2, 500 rpm on these original W800s manufactured up to 2017. Electric start is a great thing, push of the button and away. Bike looks like a real classic bike, BSA or Triumph, but is very, very low maintenance. I also have an Oxford Optimiser battery charger available and bike is wired up for this already with the connecter. Also have available a right side exhaust which has the balance tube on it (expected to own and ride this bike for the very long term).
