Inside - Trim very clean and complete – 2 sets mats (rubber & carpet). As far as I can tell everything works. Slight age-related wear on front seat bolster and arm rest.
Outside - Signs of rust around wheel arches, doors and in boot. Not too bad for this era of production as work has been done in the past to keep on top of corrosion issues. Note that this vehicle was salvaged in 2012 due to being uneconomic to repair following some damage as a result of sliding on ice into a post and wire fence – there wasn’t any structural damage, and everything was repaired.
Mechanical - Starts first time and 2. 8 six cylinder runs smoothly. First gear change from cold can be a bit clunky but runs well thereafter. Slight engine oil leak and breaks grumble a bit but I’ve had these checked locally and advised that pads and discs are okay so might just be lipping.
Located near Oakham, Rutland. I inherited this car and whilst i'd love to keep it, I sadly don't have the garage space, time or wherewithal to keep it going the way it should. Lovely car of which there aren't many about on uk roads so hopefully it can be kept as it should.
