Rare Champion Astra GTE 1990.
I bought this to restore, but now I'm not sure I have enough time.
Looks like its had some paintwork at some point, the original number plate is etched into the windows.. The interior is original, from the front seats, back as new.. The front seats being leather need the bolsters redone. Head lining is original but needs replacing.
The car has a current Mot but has a water leak... wheels and tires as new. The car is solid underneath and was in long time storage prior to me... Milage seems correct due to original condition.. Very small amount of surface rust on wheel arches, but solid and original underneath.. Sadly no history, but seeing the condition of the car I have no reason to question it..
The engine bay is 100 % as it should be with even the original Austrian supply sticker to certain parts...
This is a great opportunity to buy a very rare car that needs some work.. but is a great starting point.
