I have owned the car for 7 years but sadly, I have spent most of that time away with work hence the mileage. In the last 200 miles I have spent over £20K on work to get the car back to where it should be. (My fault for it’s lack of use, despite keeping it maintained throughout my ownership). Work include new Ferrari headers but with a modified Capristo mounting system to prevent the common problem of cracking. New clutch kit, Engine mounts, Roof actuator and Instrument binnacle due to an intermittent communication issue between components. Ferrari programmed the new binnacle and carried out latest recalls at the same time.
The F1 system also had a bit of work to get it faultless again. New seals in transmission housing which contaminated the old clutch. New potentiometers and speed sensors for the actuator and finally an accumulator. All OEM parts fitted.
One thing I have just noticed is the plenum crackle paint is breaking up in places. That would require some attention to make it A1 again.
A Low mileage example with all the necessary paperwork, manuals, tools and 2 Keys. The car has recently been serviced by the highly acclaimed Ferrari specialist Bob Houghton. It’s been serviced 4 times in less than 700 miles. It has a mix of Ferrari and specialist services but all highly regarded. 7 in total.
Car is taxed and the MOT is valid until 2024. It has a transferable tracker installed. Also, I have the Left handed headlights and the original repairable binnacle.
