Description
Designed in 1970´s by Don Smith under contract to Kawasaki. Classic trials bike to original spec. Original chrome framed KT250. Brought in 1980 and first registered in 1978 (T registration). Used for local trials events in the early 1980´s. Have original ownership papers. Been kept in a garden shed for last 25 years. Needs restoring. House sale and moving abroad is forcing sale. Chrome has rust spots and engine/ exhaust discoloured but generally it´s not too bad for it´s age and would clean up. Tank resprayed in 1980. s and again has rust spots but is fully restorable. Not been used in competition for over 20 years and piston turns over so not seized, but would recommend a proper engine inspection. All original parts. Tyres old but were nearly new when garaged. Also available for free with the bike is the Haynes manual for it and a bike trailer. Trailer is rusty but structurally sound.
