Every single thing works on this car, no lights on the dash, no knocks or bangs. Doesn’t even leak oil, which is rare for a BMW!
Very good condition roof, all works perfectly. Drain holes checked frequently, no issues. Headlights great condition and no mist.
Genuinely one of the best sought-after pre-facelift 3. 0i manuals! Runs like an absolute dream and 30+ MPG on a run.
Unbelievable service history, fully stamped book and a huge file of supporting receipts for many of the common issues (oil filter seal, timing cover seal, brake pipes etc. etc.). Last serviced 2, 500 miles ago and header tank changed.

Price reflects the fact that she ideally needs 4 x new tyres in the near future. Fronts have about 2, 000 miles left in them - rear are ok but are Chinese. I was going to change but thought I’d reduce the price to allow the new owner to choose their preferred brand.
Brake ferrules greased after MOT - tester commented they will be ok for another 2-3 years.
AC works, but would benefit a re-gas. I never use it as the roof is down every time I drive her so it’s off constantly.
Very minor wear on the drivers bolster, typical of these cars but hardly noticeable.
She is nearly 20 years old so there’s a few minor stone chips on the front lower bumper. Nothing as bad as other Z4’s I’ve seen.
Comes with 2 x keys, original book pack and leather wallet, large file of invoices, fully stamped service book and a high-quality roof-only car cover.
Currently on my private plate which I will remove once sale agreed.
Very reluctant sale - was bought as a temporary stop gap as my lease car delivery was delayed. I intended to then keep her to turn into a track-toy, but after living with her, she is simply WAY too good for this. This model is now appreciating in value - unfortunately I own 2 other modern classics or I’d consider storing her and keeping. But I want her to go to a good home and be enjoyed.
