Description
This is my Jeep Cherokee 2. 5 Diesel 5 speed manual.
It's in the Metallic Forrest Green I think they called it.... and is in extremely good condition both mechanically and aesthetically.
It does have a couple of minor 'scuffs' on the paintwork but as far as I can see we believe it to be completely original inside and out with no wear to the seats, carpets, headlining or unwarranted holes and add-ons to the dashboard...... literally as it was delivered.
It has an original Jeep Service history of six stamps and then the previous owner has recorded his own subsequent servicing with plenty of invoices to show the purchase of parts etc.
The engine is running extremely well and tight... it really does have plenty of pull when you require it, gearbox again is very smooth and easy, the clutch is also very good and all in all it drives as good as you would hope for.
The radio / aerial in working order, electric windows all working and the air-conditioning is REALLY cold compared to modern cars.
It does have the uprated wheels with a good set of BF Goodrich tyres but I do have the set of originals which again have a good set of tyres on although the wheels themselves are the standard steel painted which would require refurbishment. All in all this is an extremely presentable and good looking Cherokee which are now beginning to command from what I can see some very high prices..... this one being original with low mileage and really economical with the manual diesel gives for an exceptionally nice, original and desirable Jeep that's extremely capable, cheap to run and quite a little head turner given it's excellent original condition and history.
