Helco Tuning Yamaha XS650D
I have decided to reduce my bike collection, so my 1977 XS650D is for sale. If you know these bikes you will know an XS built by Tony Hall (Helco Tuning) is one of the best. The bike has extensive documented history going back to 1999 when the bike was imported and restored in Tony’s Salisbury workshop. I and the previous owners have continued to improve and detail the XS650 to bring it to the bike it is today. I have recently completed a GPZ500 Keihin carb conversion, this has improved starting and smoother running throughout the rev range. All the original refurbed Mikuni carbs and airbox parts are included in the sale at the full asking price. The bike is fitted with Boyer electronic ignition, an uprated clutch, a refurbished seat, a Helco exhaust system, refurbished clock faces, a UK rear light unit and paint by Dream Machine.
