'Clubmanised' Venom with rear sets and twin leading shoe front brake.
I bought this at auction in 2009. It was reported to have been on display in a motor museum for some while, but after changing the carburettor for the correct Amal started and ran well. I've also fitted a modern BTH magneto (original TT magneto with the bike) and voltage regulator. However, I've never had the bike on the road. Last run about 18 months ago but everything is free and compression excellent. Whilst I'd like to think I have the time to sort the bike out properly, realistically it needs a new home so it can go back on the road. This is a really handsome and impressive machine from the heyday of the big single, with semi-drop bars, Dunlop rims, ventilated front brake and rear sets.
