An exceptionally well maintained, enthusiast owned C4 Coupe, huge service history and recent expenditure (IMS done) .
Originally delivered to AFN Reading on the 7th of December 1998 , this beautiful 996 Carrera has been well looked after by its subsequent owners, as the history file and well stamped maintenance record attest, finished in Arctic silver with contrasting interior, the car remains in very good condition indeed and has escaped any modifications over the years, supplied with the factory optional GT3 split rim alloys, this unadorned car still looks and drives as well as it would have when new.
I purchased the car from a good friend and have continued to use the same local Porsche specialist to maintain the car for me.

Recent Important service history - (The list is pretty exhaustive so I will keep to the important works undertaken in the last few years.
5th May 2023 - MOT - Minor service - all brake discs, brake pads and wear sensors replaced - retaining frame for steering wheel replaced - rear Pirelli Zero tyre.

11th NOV 2019 - Engine mounts, lambda sensors, lambda boss, seals -IMS check -

3rd July 2018 - Full service , plugs , drive belt, remove engine and gearbox, attend to oil leaks, replace RMS seal , Upgrade IMS to EPS Oil fed bearing, replace plug tubes and seals, replace NS tensioner, replace ignition heat shields, clean out bulkhead drains.
Replace front shock absorber mounts, lots of other suspension and general work undertaken, an exhaustive list!
TOTAL COST - £6086. 80
31st MARCH 2017 - Gearbox rebuild -Rectify gearbox issue, remove engine and box and send gearbox for rebuild at SAS, original fault codes P0175-174 gear speed monitoring , rear anti roll bar bushes, rear brake lines, crankshaft impulse sender, gearbox oil etc.
TOTAL COST - £3, 833. 23
Hopefully the above is a good indication of the condition of the car, it is a lovely example and drives beautifully as one would expect.
