I sold this Lovely Volvo to a local farmer over 10yrs ago! Unfortunately due to declining health, he never really used it. Since buying it back I have carried out the following repairs...
Fitted new in tank fuel pump
Fitted new o/ s/ r wheel bearing
Fitted new front & rear brake disc and pads
Fitted new front & rear brake callipers
Fitted four new Pirelli tyres
Carried out a full service (Timing belt replacement included)
Bodywork is in good original condition, only slightly spoilt by scratches on front and rear bumpers (see pictures)
Seats and interior is exceptionally good.
Vehicle drives really smoothly and gearbox operates without fault
The one fault I do know of, is the fuel gauge seems to have a mind of its own and can’t be relied on. I would prefer to manage my own sale and that includes payments! UPDATE… I have recently found the owners hand book folder that has the original stamped service book with it. Full service history with supporting invoices. I bought the car for a second time as I had always regretted selling it over 10yrs ago. Only selling now as I no longer have anywhere to keep it. It’s unusual in that the interior is cloth and not leather. I like the smoothness of the straight six engine and the comfortable ride.
