Number 142 of the run of 150 limited edition "Ruby" models at the end of the road for the much loved 900 classic (see Ruby chassis number thread on UK saabs - perhaps 40 survive). Extra turbo and other desirable extras. This car had extensive bodywork repair and full respray in 2017, and I have used as a summer car only since. Last year at Saabtec it had all rubber hoses and suspension bushes renewed, together with all rarely changed fluids and new brake lines. Original Saab extra dials all working. Sony DAB radio and parrot hands free. Just serviced. MOT June 2024. Can be viewed on a ramp at home.
Seat material is an issue on Ruby's and a solution for now has been to use a spare passenger seat cover on the drivers side. There are signs new material may be made available to make this car even more original (speak to Two Stroke to Turbo). Happy to chat about the car it should be the most desirable model going forwards, more understated and driveable than the Carlsson version in the best colour. A treat to drive in modern traffic, with working aircon (many new parts in this!). Selling as moving house with less space for spare cars. Reg no K990 BBO included.
