I have had about 30+ V6 mondeos ( mostly mk2)
When I bought the car 2 years ago I was aware it would need a small repair to the sill... hmmm
So I had BOTH outer sills replaced... and any work needed on the inners sills carried out to a high standard. Whilst this was being carried there was a little bit of bubbling on the Driver's side rear wheel arch, I had the entire arch cut out and replace making sure the original lines of the car remained correct.. ( both rear wheel arch liners were removed and then inspected and protected)
Inside the boot I found some areas of corrosion that again I had cut out and replaced an excellent job with no signs of work...
After this I had the engine performance improved with the addition of the following ST200 equipment :
inlet manifolds ( upper & lower)
Throttle body, cable & bracket
Twin intake airbox with bellows, brackets and wing connection
Ecu , engine loom and key fob
Lightened Flywheel & clut
17" wheels ( fully refurbished)
Full leather recaro interior
Carbon effect dash surround, inserts and gearknob
It has also had
New Sachs shocks all round
H&R lowering springs
HEL braided brake lines
Wishbones
Droplinks
Abs pump changed
Heavy duty Exide battery
Sounds lovely not too loud... gets a lot of looks.. Looks gorgeous in the sun, sounds great and a lot of fun to drive
