The car was sourced for me by a friend who has been a professional classic car buyer for over 15 years and this was one of the best he had seen.

Lovely straight bodywork with no dents or damage and all original wings and panels with no evidence of any previous accident damage. The paint finish is extremely good with no mismatched colours on any of the panels, nice consistent lustful shine after a recent detailing session. Some previous paint work has been done all of which to a very high standard. All of the trims and rubber seals are in excellent condition and all of the lights are crystal clear and free from any cracks or moisture ingress.
Looking closely, there are a few touched in stone chips and minor marks and a small scuff to the lower front spoiler. The underside has also previously been professionally ice blasted so the original BMW wax is visible on the underside and it’s easy to inspect all areas for structural corrosion which I’m pleased to report it’s free from.

All five of the 15 inch BBS wheels are in immaculate condition having benefited from a recent refurbishment and I recent matching set of Continental tyres.

Inside the seats present exceptionally well with no fading to the fabric or any frays or sagging. The dashboard is immaculate with no signs of cracking and everything works exactly as it should, including the recently fitted electric soft top. The leather on the steering wheel and gear knob is perfect still retaining its textured finish with no scuffs or ring marks. There are a couple of small nicks in the vinyl on the passenger side, rear door card and a little wear to the base of the seat on the drivers rear. The boot area is immaculate with no stains to the carpet and all of the tools are present. As is the 15 inch BBS spare wheel.

The Engine compartment is in lovely cosmetic condition and is still protected with the original BMW wax, looking round carefully there is no signs of corrosion in any of the normal weak spots, including the scuttle panel, chassis rails, and battery tray. A huge amount of money has been spent getting the car mechanically A1 so it drives spot-on.

The history file is complete with the original owners pack with all of the manuals and the original service book which is fully stamped. There is an accompanying file with all of the service and MOT invoices. The V5 shows five previous keepers, the previous chap inherited the car from his brother and has spent over £12, 000 recently getting the car to a incredibly high standard.

I have also taken some additional detailed photographs and videos to provide a full overview of the car and paperwork which include any noted imperfections to the body, interior, engine and underside. Please contact me and I would be happy to send these over.
