For sale is my 1999 Vauxhall Tigra 1. 6 16V Chequers edition. Featuring the X16XE commonly found in the Corsa B sport. 105BHP from the factory and it weighs around 1000kg, a light and nippy car when needed, also dosile and comfortable around town.

It’s covered 64k miles from new and is a 2 owner car, 1 lady from new in the local area.
It’s in good condition both inside and out for age and mileage considering this is a 24 year old vehicle.
It’s got part service history from main dealer and Vauxhall specialist. It was owned by a mechanic who changed the cam belt 2 years or so ago but did not supply any receipts, they also carried out services/ maintenance in their ownership. If I get the chance I will put it through a service for new owner but price will be firm after this due to expense in order to get book stamped. Book pack is all present, 1 key, full spare wheel and tool kit. Missing a rear wiper arm, quite difficult to get hold of but you may find one on eBay, the arm was damaged so had to be removed.
These are rare cars now, according to how many left, this is one of 16 1. 6 tigra A models or S93, one of two actually registered on UK roads according to website. Modern classic status nearly touching 25 years old. It has the original dealer plates on which have started to show some signs of wear in pics but I didn’t want to change them as they provide some character to the whole story.
It does have some bodywork blemishes, small rust spots here and there from stone chips door dings but this is to be expected of a car this age! It does have some small rust scabs on inside door runner and rear boot hatch also. Interior is in great condition, drivers seat has some discolouration and wear but passenger and rears seem great. Carpet is all in good condition no rips or tears or delaminating of cloth from trim which is common on these.
Just had a couple of tyres due to age cracking and I wanted it to be safe. New air filter, new leather gear and handbrake boots, new fuel filter and will have new plugs oil and filter if I get time and full asking price is met.
Everything works, radio, cassette player electric mirrors and windows, windows drop when rear boot is closed as intended to reduce cabin pressure to large rear glass window! Has Air Condition, heated rear window, dimmable cluster, adjustable height lights etc.
Why not own something different! When was the last time you seen one on the road?!
