The Mercedes SL has been with us since 1954, growing from strength to strength with each model produced; this fifth-generation R230 took the SL to new levels. Launched in 2001, the R230 design was much sleeker and smoother than its predecessor, and it also came with much more technology.
Presented here is the full fat SL500 with the legendary m113 5. 0 V8 producing an effortless 300bhp which is mated to a silky smooth auto gearbox making for the ideal boulevard cruiser. This example features the sought after tanzanite blue paintwork over a full grey leather interior. The spec on this one is lovely featuring AMG style wheels which are in fantastic condition, Bose sound system, sat nav, heated seats and plenty more refinements you would expect for a top flight Mercedes.
This example overall presented in fantastic condition with only a few marks inside and out. Probably thanks to its low mileage of just 55k and careful ownership. It had been in the last custodians hands for the past circa 15 years where he kept it garage stored for this time.
