Extraordinary Cadillac Coupé DeVille from January 1960. We are once again honoured to offer you a beautiful American car, and what an American car it is! This is an exceptional 1960 Cadillac Coupé DeVille with a configuration that is unique in Europe! To begin with, this Cadillac alone embodies all the excess and opulence of the American 'Rock 'n Roll' years. Not content with just being impressive, the car on display here has been configured down to the very last detail to make it unique and comfortable. After being completely dismantled, the body and chassis underwent a thorough rust-proofing treatment, which included a high-grade protective paint finish. The sculptural Cad is finished in a carefully chosen colour, with paint stripping by a well-known artist adding a sexy touch. Air Ride suspensions provide the show, thanks to two separate compressors and two separate cylinders with electronic management of the system (worth ?11, 800). A return to the original is possible, as the old system will be supplied with the car. The entire interior has been restored by a reputable upholsterer, with the two bench seats (front and rear), dashboard, door panels and roof lining all perfectly refurbished, thanks in particular to the use of high-quality materials (leather, etc.). A sports steering wheel has been fitted in front of the driver, and the original steering wheel is still present with the car (see photos). A good-quality, perfectly-integrated audio system is a welcome addition, including a retro-looking car radio with Bluetooth, USB port and hands-free telephone. Good sound is provided by a four-speaker sound system and a Pioneer amplifier ingeniously concealed in the gigantic boot. Oil pressure, temperature and voltage gauges are located on the left-hand side of the driver?s seat, and the engine is powered by a magnificent and swift 5. 7-litre ZZ4 developing 355bhp. Aluminium cylinder heads with intake pipes and Edelbrock carburettors made their appearance in 2014, as did the TH400 gearbox. The car has only covered 50, 000 km! The exhaust system is made entirely to measure in stainless steel. Last but not least, all the electrics were redone during the restoration of this sublime car. For those who have seen it, this DeVille never leaves anyone indifferent, and its participation in numerous international events confirms its hypnotic power.
