Part of a Private CollectionThe MINI INSPIRED BY GOODWOOD to give it its official name was introduced in 2012 as a grand and luxurious flagship model for the brand.
As a collaborative exercise between Rolls Royce Motor Cars and BMW, it became the flagship of the most personalised 'MINI YOURS' range.
Only one engine variation was offered - The Cooper S turbo charged 1. 6 - and this MINI is finished in the Rolls Royce Diamond Black Metallic Paint, unique 17 inch alloys and a unique interior produced and fitted at Rolls Royce Crewe.
119 right hand drive cars were sold in the UK, most of which had the automatic gearbox fitted and this is one of the rarer manual versions.
At an original cost of over £40, 000 the list of extras fitted is extensive and was supplied with Xenon Adaptive Headlight, Park Distance Control, Automatic air conditioning, onboard computer and a Harman Kardon hi-fi speaker system.
However, it is the interior that deserves the most mention and it is brimming with luxurious features.
The dashboard, including the surrounds of the central instruments and the air vents, the centre console, carpet surfaces, the LOUNGE leather seats, and pillar cladding are trimmed in the exclusive 'Cornsilk' Rolls Royce leather, which feels and smells beautiful. The Connolly hide is offset by a Cashmere headlining and sun visors, while the top of the dash and door tops are trimmed in black kappa leather.
The car is very much all about the interior, and it gets even more special when you look at the burr walnut veneers and piano black details. This is a very special car indeed. Furthermore, it is in impeccable condition.
The Cooper 'S' power plant develops 184 bhp - enough for a 0-60 time of 6. 5 seconds.
Having only been serviced by a main BMW/ Mini dealer, the car is in 100% running order with no know faults and has just received a full valet.
