This is the second time I’ve owned this very car, it was my daily driver years ago and it performed superbly, thus when the chance presented itself I bought it back, needless to say it drives just as well today as it I remember it doing back then.
This is an early 2000 5. 8L naturally aspirated V12 model. These are extremely rare and do not come up for sale often. Believed to be 1 of 3 examples built in this gorgeous Mercedes-Benz Designo colour combination of Alexandrite Green with Exclusive Java Leather Cashmere Beige it is a fully loaded example with every single optional extra selected when new including keyless entry and radar guided cruise control, heated & cooled massaging seats etc.
Bodywork wise it is in fantastic order for its age with no blistering, bubbling or rust, all panel gaps are straight and true. The paint work can only be described as exceptional as highlighted in the photos. The car has been fitted with genuine 18” Staggered AMG Monoblock alloy wheels which are unmarked shod in brand new Michelin Pilot 4’s all round. The standard 17” Segin Alloy Wheels are available should the buyer prefer.

Along with its flawless service records it has had a lot of other maintenance carried out in its life. Coil packs and the ABC system are both notoriously nightmares on these cars especially the V12’s, I’m happy to report all the coil packs have been replaced and the entire ABC system has been overhauled including a new ABC pump, so the engine is silky smooth and the ABC operates without fault. Furthermore the dreaded oil cooler was replaced with all supporting works which is a vast job.
