This lovely GT750 was reformed between 2008 and 2011. The engine was taken out and thoroughly cleaned and polished, frame and swing arm professionally stripped and repainted, roller headstock and swing arm bearings replaced, new sprockets and chain, all cables and rubber perishables replaced, cush drive rubbers replaced. The paintwork is original and there is one small blemish around the filler cap The seat and seat pad are in very good condition. New NOS chain guard. Due to the age of the tyres they both need to be replaced. The front forks have been reformed. The gear indicator is not functioning and front and rear mudguards could do with re-chroming. Original exhaust system is in very good condition for the age of the bike and all the seals and clamps were replaced at the time of the refit. The bike is on UK V5 in my name to my UK address and is on SORN.
This bike was imported from the USA by DK Motocycles (UK) and I purchased it in 2007/ 8 as a project as I grew up in the era when these wonderful machines were produced. It is easy to ride and because it still has the original pipes it still sounds as the manufacturer intended. Also available is another set of original exhaust pipes in 70% condition.
