Description: This CG125 is a rare S model made for the Japanese home market. Just a handful were imported to the UK by David Silver spares & sold new. It's anyones guess how many of these remain in the UK but one thing is for certain NOT MANY! A limited Honda re-run made in Japan for Japanese market 10 years after production was moved to Brazil. Unlike the original models the S model has CDI electronic ignition & a 4 speed step through type gearbox although not automatic. The CG125 was a very popular motorbike in its day and is now becoming collectable. Legendary Honda reliability & low running costs also makes CG125 a fantastic everyday retro commuter. Declared new at first registration here in the UK. Runs & rides perfectly as shown in the Youtube video link above. Starts first kick every time. Original rectangle headlamp included. HPI clear with recent report present. Comes with 12 months MOT from the date of purchase. The relativly high mileage of 54, 731 miles was mostly covered by a mature owner who used the bike as his everyday commuter to work for many years finally selling it when he retired. To his credit it still looks great & original. There is some wear from general use present worst of which is weathering around fuel cap as pictured. Overall a great looking learner legal retro bike with a potential of covering many more miles in the future. This sought after model is a sure investment & better than money in the bank, so be quick!
