1977 Kawasaki KZ1000A1 - Special Vintage Racing For passionate collectors I sell Kawasaki Z1000A1 motorbike first registered in 1977. Recently restored prepared and modified to perfection by a professional restorer. The following chassis work has been carried out: Chassis and fork plates fully chromed, the rear swingarm has been replaced with another Kawasaki aluminium one also chromed and modified to accommodate a new Kawasaki single shock absorber. The odometer and 4 warning lights, steering damper and engine oil temperature gauge are clearly visible on the top plate. An original Kawasaki KZ1000D1 Z1R 1978 fuel tank (21lt.) has been fitted, painted matt black together with the aluminium side panels and fibreglass saddle-tail built by the same expert hands in the 1970s. The rider and passenger footpegs, and chain guard have been lightened machined and chromed, the spoke wheels in black anodised aluminium with 40 holes and the original measurements in compliance with road traffic regulations, front 1. 85X19 and rear 2. 15X18- New tyres 3. 25x19 and 4. 00x18- Vintage "Cuppini" handlebars, 3 drilled discs, 4in1 muffler. The original engine has not undergone any conversions, it has been opened and rebuilt as necessary, painted in high temperature black, the aluminium engine casings are special "Kijima" finned. The engine guards are tubular, the airbox has been replaced with 4 filtered tromboncini. The bike is fully functional with regular documents ready for the transfer of ownership.
