I believe this is one of last Renault Laguna 3. 0 V6 24V vehicle that is in the UK at the moment. It is definitely a rare car which may interest a collector or a French car enthusiast.
This Renault starts drives and stops. It’s got a mot until November 2024 and a massive spec of extras such as leather seats which are electric. These have been checked and work fine. All the windows work including the sun roof. The bodywork is very good considering its age with no signs of rush on the bodywork and is solid underneath. I can confirm there are no warning lights illuminated on the dash board
The car will need some minor recommissioning to make it perfect.
For example although an oil service was carried out in 2022, the last major service was carried out in 2015. This would need to be completed.
Another example that would need looking at is when the car is engaged in gear, there is a slight vibration that comes from engine, I don’t know if something like a major service including a set of new spark plugs would sort out or if it’s something more internal.
Another example is the fan belt / alternator belt is squeaky which would need looking at
Overall I think it’s a brilliant modern classic that has been looked after well over the years. Due to the lack of use over the past decade or so has caused some slight niggles that I’m sure someone will be able to put right.
The suspension seems pretty solid and I don’t think any major work in that department will be required.
