Now ready for summer, here is my MGTF 160 Sunstorm in Starlight Silver.
Belts, water-pump and tensioner replaced at 60, 053 miles. 12 Months MOT. Headgasket was replaced prior to my ownership along with the upgraded Stainless Steel Coolant pipes and the Bilstein Soft Ride Kit.
In my ownership I have replaced the exhaust gasket, including the stud bolts and nuts. The front subframe was replaced with a galvanised and powder coated version replacing any parts with high quality stainless steel options from Mike Satur. This included the uprated crash cans, drop links, anti roll bar mounts and the subframe mounts. I also took the time to replace out the lower shock bolts. Mechanically this car is brilliant now, very quiet engine at tickover with no knocks or taps with a nice sound from the stainless steel exhaust. The wear is in line with age, particularly on the drivers seat. There are a couple of marks on the dash, mainly on the Passenger airbag as seen in the photos. The alloys are clean but not perfect as is the paintwork. There is one spot of surface rust under the bootlid.
The car will come with all the paperwork I have along with an original workshop manual (I also have a printed version) and some guides. The hardtop is included in the sale, which has the heated rear screen, as is the boot luggage rack (hasn't been fitted to this car). The car has been my pride and joy and is ready for a summer of fun.
