for sale my very rare toyota cressida estate, 21R petrol engine, rear wheel drive manual. MOT'D until 9th of june (now applicable for mot and tax exemption). i brought this as a project a while ago, it had been sat in a shed for a very long time. since owning it i have got it on the road running and driving, i initially planned to put a toyota diesel in it and beat about in it however ive since lost interest in it and is just sitting about, it needs to go to a good home where itll get brought back to its former bland glory! it is in need of some more work so will be sold as spares or repairs. currently it runs but not the best, its in need of a good tune up (tappets, timing and carb) also i have had some issues with overheating sometimes after being driven for a bit, the rad was extremely blocked up when i got it, i've done the best i can to flush it out several times but i think allot of the cores are blocked so it is in need of replacement or cutting open and cleaning properly. rust wise it really isnt to bad for its age, the tail gate and front left wing are quite rusty, under neath its had some previous repairs to a good standard but hasnt had allot of welding in its life, im surprised how well its survived for a older jap car! brakes are good , tyres have good tread, lights work etc etc, overall its tatty but in fairly good complete order, will make a great easy project for some one. i personally have never seen another one, i was told it was one of 3 in the uk currently but i cannot back this claim up! in the boot there are some spares and bits of trim.
