Part of a private collection now up for sale this 1959 Vanden Plas Princess start runs and drives the 4. 0 litre engine purrs like a kitten and drives well, the pre select gearbox works as designed but do need a clutch. Although tidy throughout she could do with a little love in places the upholstery and carpets are in good order with no rips or tears the wood dash and door caps will need varnishing ther is some bubbling in paintwork on the aluminium body panels to bring her back to her former glory. Mechanically she is sound as is the underside and chassis, would make an ideal wedding or prom car with a cavanace passenger area and a second row of folding rear of seats.
I bought it as I did not want to see it go round the race track and get trashed far to good for that and with a little love will once again shine unfortunatly I have not got the time required so have decided to sell her
