1998 Mercedes-Benz C280 Sport W202 in Great condition throughout with only 4 previous owners. Brilliant Silver with black leather interior. Facelift model so has the M112 V6 (197bhp) The first V6 engine produced by Mercedes Benz in Germany. With only 80, 000 miles from new. Long MOT. Good service history. Serviced by myself in October with genuine parts just after I bought it. Previous service at 74, 588 (incl. new water pump and auxiliary belt) at 68, 057 which included new spark plugs, with tie rods and steering damper replaced, gearbox oil and filter change, new brake fluid, and a battery. Oil service at 58, 867 and then a full service at 56, 341 miles. Mileage can be warrantied by MOT history. Has had a complete exterior respray in November 22 by JD Paintworx and the bodywork is excellent. Mercedes Sports suspension, Rare 17" AMG Monoblock Alloy Wheels, Goodyear F1 tyres all around. AMG front and rear bumpers, side skirts and AMG exhaust back box. Headlamp washers, elec. windows, electric door mirrors, xenon headlights, climate control, ASC, an outside temperature sensor, and electrically adjustable heated seats. All of these are extras are upgrades from factory and not standard on this car. A fantastic car, which drives superbly with good power and handling, very well maintained.
This engine does not have the biodegradable wiring loom which was a major issue on earlier models. A modern classic saloon. All invoices for services and maintenance available. Could benefit with a new window regulator as the drivers window has stopped working. Viewings and inspections welcome. I’ve always loved older Mercedes as I used to be a Mercedes qualified technician. Will be a shame to let go such a good example go but don’t have enough space to keep it
