This one of the last proper (pre GM) Saabs made, in the last year of manufacture of the convertible (the saloon had already changed to the GM variant). It's a 900i 16V convertible, in really good overall condition.
The engine is beautifully smooth and pulls strongly, and everything works as it should, including the roof which goes up and done smoothly and quickly. Very 1980's velour upholstery, which is clean and tidy throughout. The whole car is very original.
Body work looks good as in the pictures and the car is totally solid underneath and has a presentable engine bay. Oil and filter change at the end of last summer.
The car also has the now rare plastic hood covers, in the original bag to tidy up the roof when it's in the lowered position.
I've had a lot of fun with the car over the last few years as a true 4 seater family convertible, but as my daughter have now moved out, I can now revert to a 2 seater sports car.
Comes with a non age related reg number and an outdoor half cover to protect the roof.
