For sale is my CL63 AMG. I have always wanted one of these ever since they came out. Something so special about the presence, the shape, the size and the technology.
Purchased back in November 2023. I had just sold my SL55 and thought I would enjoy one of these, before I have to pay my annual bill to the lovely tax man. Unfortunately, it is that time of year so I have to free up some funds to pay the aforementioned tax bill. That is the only reason for sale, otherwise it would not be going anywhere.
Finished in Iridium Silver Metallic and complemented by Anthracite Black Leather, this is a 2008 example of the model. It has almost every optional extra that was available:

Mechanically sound, starts first turn of the key. Cold starts will always bring a grin to your face!
No leaks. No overheating. No untoward sounds. Idles in the correct manner.
Pulls well throughout the rev range with no hesitation or power loss. With 525 bhp on and tap and enough torque to move a planet, this machine really does shift.
It is a very fast car and definitely not for the feint hearted. It accelerates relentlessly until you are at licence-losing speeds and beyond. Not many cars not the road will trouble the big coupe.
Happy to sit at 70mph on the motorway in quiet luxury, or equally at home tearing up the b-roads.
The 7 Speed gearbox is smooth and responsive. All gear ratios engage as they should. Fully automatic, sports mode and paddle shift operate correctly.
The AMG adjustable air suspension is sporty, composed and refined. Irons out all road bumps with ease. Cruises around happily all day long but can also handle like its on rails in the Sport setting. The suspension rises and drops as it should in both settings.
AMG exhaust with quad tail pipes is solid, with no leaks or blowing. This gives the car a major part of its character. Sounds immense, especially at full chat.
The tyres are matching Pirelli P Zeros all round, with excellent tread.
In very good condition for the year. Marks, blemishes and stone chips as to be expected. Cat N in 2019. Slight lacquer peel and a small bubble on the OSR wheel arch, a couple of minor marks on the wheels. Otherwise, very clean, presentable and polishes up very well.
The 20" diamond cut staggered wheels look stunning and complete the look of the car.
The interior is in very good order, with no major rips or tears. Minor wear on the driver's seat bolster. This is a very well appointed cabin, finished in top quality materials. There is leather everywhere - seats, dash top, door cards, and even the rear parcel shelf is leather-clad! Leather has lifted a bit on the passenger side dash.
Pretty much everything works as it should. This was a high end technological when new, and even today, most cars can only dream to have a snippet of the equipment this does.
Night Vision is an amazing feature - at night, it puts an infra-red display on the dash cluster which makes you look a lot further down the road compared to the headlights.
Radar Cruise Distronic is a form of cruise control which detects the speed of a slower moving vehicle ahead, slows down keeping a safe distance and then speeds back up to speed when the vehicle moves out the way!
The command system display is dimmer than it should be and there is currently no sound coming out of the stereo (appears to be the common amplifier issue). Other than that, everything else works as it should.
This is a stunning looking machine. There is not one angle that looks bad on this car. The rear window shape is a nod to the 1960s S280 SE Coupes.
To think this was well over £110k when new! Shows how much of a bargain it is. These will not drop any lower in price and values will only rise. Anything with an M156 6. 2 V8 is going to be an appreciating asset.
This is cheaper than an early 2008 C63, and has so mice more in terms of luxury and technology.
Totally original apart from he exhaust tip covers, no other silly modification. A genuine OEM example that has not been messed around with.
Rare car, proper engine, going up in value.
