Offered for sale is my 1964 Wolesley Hornet the car is in very nice condition with very nice paintwork and chrome.
It has recently passed an MOT test with no advisories.
The car has a interesting history being exported to Germany around 2005 for display in a motor museum. I have some paperwork from its time in Germany
When the car was imported back into the UK in March 2023 it had extensive recommissioning including all new service items, all new brake cylinders, I have a receipt showing this work.
The car is all original with just the addition of hazard lights which is apparently a legal requirement in Germany.
If you look at the MOT history of this car there is very little showing until its return to the UK in 2023 when it regained its original registration plate.
The car is finished in a very pretty white with blue roof with a very nice original light blue interior.
The car runs very nicely starting perfectly and runs very well, it is happy cruising around 50MPH.
Being a 1964 car it has dry suspension from new meaning simpler servicing.
I have owned the car around a year and I am reluctantly selling owing to a knee injury which means that I cannot drive it any distance for the foreseeable future.
During my ownership I have carried out some improvements including a new exhaust, rear view mirror, rear window seals and new rear light lenses.
The car is a real head turner generating much interest at car shows and supermarket car parks alike.
