Great looking 1965 Mustang Fastback
The car has been in the UK a number of years and sailed through MOTs year in / year out. Small folder of history including upgrade engine and reconditioned gearbox.
This car benefits from a 302v8 with Holley 4 Barrel Carb and power steering. Starts on "the button" and sounds great with the twin exit exhausts. Ticks over with the throb that only a 60s V8 can. Has a great pull with new kick down cable and linkage. Furthermore, sits on fairly new set of correct Mustang "Rallye" wheels and relatively new tyres.
This car is one of the desirable very early pre-launch batch genuine "A" code with the VIN identifying an October 1964 build.
The car was originally Rangoon Red. Over the years it has been re-painted in period Poppy Red and as since been restored to its former glory of Rangoon Red.
It has had new floors during its lifetime and most recently had front discs conversion, servo fitted and an electronic ignition. The radio is original fitted but is not currently working.
The interior boasts white leather and contrasting red carpet.
