Has a M21 engine - 600 side valve.
I recommissioned this last summer from a very long lay up and have covered some good miles with it now. Fitted with Thorspark electronic ignition, starts easily hot or cold. Coil etc hidden in toolbox, discrete switch on back of battery box.
Very original all the original bits for an army machine, lovely bsa levers, field stand, panniers, correct light switch, canvas grips, ratchet front brake lever, speedo etc. The speedo doesn’t record the mileage being the only issue but it hasn’t bothered me.
No visible wear to any of the levers brake, pedal etc. This has had very little use over the years it looks just like it’s from re fit and de mob, wears its years very well. No shiny bits just a mellow honest machine, very confidence inspiring on the road has real road presence.
